What a good way to let the customers know that your company appreciate their loyalty! Most of the companies nowadays are just concerned with building their own profit without taking care of their customers. It's just a bit sad that there are still some who take advantage of their people to have that gold bars in their closet. All of us should remember that even if business needs profit, we are still working for the people and help them get the most out of our services. Now that is good customer service. Leave a Reply. |
